Scope
All deliveries and services are subject to the terms and conditions defined in our General Terms and Conditions. The webshop www.toptenschweiz.ch is operated by Survival-Sports Zoller – in these terms and conditions, only the company name Survival-Sports Zoller is mentioned as a representative example.
Liability
The customer is solely responsible for ordering, handling, and using the items purchased from Survival-Sports Zoller. Minors under 18 years of age and those under guardianship require the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present when accepting the terms and conditions.
Inventory
The stock level indicated for a single item refers to the quantity of that item available at Survival-Sports Zoller or its suppliers. The displayed stock levels may differ from the actual number of items available.
Order
Once you have submitted your order, it is binding. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If the confirmation email mentions a backorder, this item must be ordered from the supplier. As soon as a delivery date is available, we will inform you. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of supply shortages on the part of our suppliers.
Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
Delivery
Delivery is only available within Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Items not in stock can normally be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. If delivery cannot be guaranteed within this timeframe, you will be informed of the expected delivery time as soon as possible.
The items in an order are normally shipped together. If the delivery times of the individual items differ, the longest stated delivery time applies. Survival-Sports Zoller can ship in-stock items immediately and deliver backordered items at a later date. This will not incur any additional shipping costs for the customer. If the customer requests immediate delivery of in-stock items, additional shipping costs may be charged.
Prices
The prices shown are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included. A surcharge of CHF 12 for priority delivery via Swiss Post will be added during the checkout process. Free deliveries are made via Swiss Post Standard.
Shipping costs
Shipping via Swiss Post (A-Priority) costs a flat rate of CHF 12.00. If the customer explicitly requests standard shipping, the postage is reduced to CHF 9.00.
Notice of defects
Deliveries from Survival-Sports Zoller must be inspected immediately upon receipt for defects and accuracy. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 business days; otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted. In the case of justified complaints, a refund of the purchase price will be issued after the goods have been returned. The returned goods must always be complete and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Any secondary liability for indirect damage arising from the goods or any defects, exceeding the value of the goods, is excluded.
Return policy
Generally:
Returns must always be reported by email to info@toptenschweiz.ch and include payment details for a refund.
Returns can be sent to the address Survival Sports Zoller, Waldeggstrasse 38, 5736 Burg be sent.
The reason for the return must be stated clearly and understandably in the accompanying letter.
Defective upon receipt:
Defective items must be reported within 5 working days of receipt. Otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted.
The return shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.
Defect after use:
After using protective equipment, it's difficult to determine whether damage was caused by improper use or a manufacturing defect. Please report any noticeable damage with accompanying photos and a detailed description. We're sure we can find a solution.
Incorrectly delivered:
Incorrectly delivered items must be reported within 5 business days. Otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted. If a return is necessary, the customer will be reimbursed for postage costs. However, please wait for our confirmation before proceeding.
Ordered incorrectly:
We offer a 5-day return policy. However, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. There is no processing fee.
Purchase on account / Late payment fees
The invoice is payable within 10 days. The invoice is considered paid on time if the amount due is credited to the recipient's account by the end of the last day of the payment period.
If the payment deadline is not met and no fixed due date has been agreed upon, the customer will be placed in default by a payment reminder. If the outstanding payment is still not received, a formal demand for payment will be sent. A late payment fee of CHF 20 will also be charged with the demand for payment. If the claim remains unpaid even after delivery of the demand for payment, Survival-Sports Zoller reserves the right to assign the claim to a third party or to engage a debt collection agency, at the customer's expense.
Disclosure of personal data
Your personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery or the relevant financial service provider as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery or payment of the goods.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Survival-Sports Zoller until full payment is received.
damages
Claims for damages due to errors in images, prices, and texts, or due to delayed or non-delivery, are strictly excluded. The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product color. Custom-made items are handled specially and must always be ordered with a customer-signed approval for printing or production.
Final Provisions
These terms and conditions and all contracts arising on the basis of these terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Burg AG (Switzerland)
